back for some short updates. 7 weeks in tekong and 1 more weeks to the end of my ptp phase. life have been relatively well and smooth these few weeks apart from the happy friday afternoon book out and sunday moody book in.

Orion. 4 platoon in a school, 62 people in a platoon, 4 section in a platoon, 15 people in a section, 1 training buddy, 1 best buddy and 1 bed buddy. these are the wonderful people who goes through everyday with me! learned a little thing or two from my buddies and brother. from stranger to where we are now. we have came a long way (kind of) but there is a longer way ahead!

Hello everyone! One final post before i go for my enlistment tml. The time now is 1045, enlistment time is 1245 tml. Therefore i am 26hrs to losing my freedom, to submitting my IC and to shave my hair. (okay stop laughing. yes you there! STOP!)

Met up with lots of people ever since i ended work at singtel for the last 2 weeks which really made my day everyday! lets see. People would include Jack , Reagen, Kailing, Fishy, Vanessa, Brenda, Pearlyn, Cindy, Eileen, Kezia, Joyce, Michelle, Sophia, Sabrina, cousins, wenxin, wanqi, yuenchen, linkai and lastly yanrong. Thanks everyone for coming out with the little time to have lunch, dinner or kbox with me!

Lets hope everything would be fine and i would have good platoon mate and may this 2 years just fly by. Would be having dinner with my parents, sister and brother-in-law afterward at night and my mum would be cooking tonight! kinda excited over it. Tml would definitely be a life changing moment since it would be nothing i have gone though before. and thanks to my brother-in-law for offering to send me down!

See ya guys around after my 2 weeks confinement and i am expecting to be out on the 18 or 19 of June. God Bless me and the church!

The day is great! but before i start blabbering lets talk about yesterday! Spent my day finishing the rest of the episode for Ghost Whisperer Season five. Might start watching supernatural because chloe said it is equally good! Met up with my dearest "Sistar" tan yanrong puma. Thanks to sistar because she was the one who paid for the dinner! reason because she was using my laptop for the past one year! haha!

Met up with joycetoh and michelle today for dinner at makansutra. the food is fine but the day is wonderful. took some pictures and walk around helix bridge and marina bay sand hotel. Still hate that place because they brought down the old marina bay steamboat area and destroyed my lao di fang with the gang at the robinson bridge.

Hey People! Have been on to Ghost Whisperer for a few days already. skipped the first 4 season and went straight to season 5 because i have seen some of them here and there. The show's really cool with the different character having different abilities helping each other out. The show isnt all plain ghost but at times heart warming and at times scary. On to episode 14 already if i am not wrong but.... the show is getting creepier by the episode. Still loving it very very much. And dont you guys think Jennifer Love Hewitt is seriously pretty?

okays lets get back to life!

Today is wonderful. Because i had some time on hand i decided to slow down my pace and do everything the snail way. Went back to Singtel to have lunch with the rest, alittle bit weird but it was great at the later part. Went around somerset 313 before going down to Khatib Mac. Headed down earlier to read some books while waiting for Kezia to end school. and seriously i can get used to grabbing a book and head down to a nice cafe.

Met up with Kezia and had dinner. skip all the chats and stuff, and we were on our way to buy dinner for her sister while walking her dog! Kola! didnt know waking a dog requires so much energy. Ended up smelling like kola and sweating like shit. it was a nice day anyway!

Woke up early in the morning and realized i would no longer be making my way over to 31A Exterer Road, Orchard Exchange. No more calls to installer at 10am, 12am, 3pm, 5pm and at 7pm! No more fighting over lunch timing at 1pm or 2pm with the wonderful people! No more complaining of the irritating subscriber we have.

5 weeks might have been short but really got to know some interesting people. Dont really know if i would be able to meet them up often! but still thanks to the 5 weeks of fun! Time to dedicate some blog post to them! Once! =)

Lunch at Somerset 313 with the lovely people of IVR. Thanks to Randall suggestion of having lunch together! and of course thanks to lester for sacrificing himself to stay back with PE.

Farewell Dinner at Crystal Jade with everyone i interact the most with in singtel. be it for lunch, movie or mahjong. Didnt forget it was a crazy night with alot of pictures taken! Thank you everyone for the dinner! and was a little overwhelmed that everyone came down for the dinner even when some of you guys are not working!

Lunch at Lester's The whole IVR was allowed to go for lunch together ONCE! most of the time we go out illegally but this time round we were given the green light! because its the last day for kendrick and felicia! Thanks lester for inviting your house for lunch! but your house is seriously too far compared to the short lunch we were allowed! hahaha.

Okay! Officially introducing the IVR. thats the group of people i work with day in day out. Wasnt really looking forward to IVR when i was first transferred over, but after 5 weeks i am really loving it there! (oh and if you had any installation of miotv and del lines and stuff, we were the one who called you to ask if our installer is doing the installation already! yes we know. we are irritating.)

Time to introduce them individually!

First up! definitely and no doubt the group of people who came in with me! Yangxi "Stephen", Chloe and Seraphine! It wouldn't have been this easy if not because of them. At least the four of us get along well!

Seraphine- The very first person i know when i get into Singtel. Really nice knowing you! and i will miss running over to your table and irritate you. The girl with alot of guys fighting over! like i say i would only be willing to lose to one particular person! so i will be more then willing to be in number 2! =) looking forward to your good news! haha!

Chloe Tan - Hi Chloe! My dearest lunch partner! Had all of my lunch with you except for one day! thank you for all the lunches, cold storage trip, food hunt and the many many time we tried to get in the surrender! and definitely the days we talk about clot, head porter and everything! and i know you tries to match everything from top to toe!! haha. see ya soon kay!

Yangxi- Yo Yangxi my bro! didnt managed to say goodbye to you when i left. and please stop living in your own world with liyi okay! interact with the rest more la! Randall (Randell) - Hi randall! a song for you. (felix the cat! the wonderful wonderful cat!) haha! seriously didnt think i would talk to you much! didnt regret scolding fel because that was how we started interacting! Iron Man 2 and Overnight Mahjong

Back for another post after 10 mins! Here are my friends from Singtel. Pris, Samantha, Seraphine, Samuel and chloe. We went to watch Iron Man 2 straight after work. 6 of us with 3 couple seats therefore we decided to choose our partners through drawing lots. Anyway lets just simply fast forward. The whole movie is bad, very bad. Bad story line and is overall boring.

Said bye to chloe and samuel before we took a cab down to my house to meet lester for overnight mahjong session. Lester waited for around 3 and a half hours before we got back to him. Salute to him for that! =)

Okay! got to rush over to meet pearlyn tan and cindy to collect our graduation gown! Dont really feel excited for it anyway. ciao.

woke up when the clock strike 6am today. which means i have been awake for approximately 2hrs already. but this 2 hours have been crazy. mental. and alittle out of the usual. some how i have been seeing flashes today. mostly about NYP. maybe because i was on twitter with pearlyn talking about the collection of graduation gowns.

Didnt believe or didnt though that flashes really brings headache to one person's mind. My head feels like it haven been ramped over by a train and it just keeps going and going and going. These 3 years doesnt matter to me at all, okay maybe the last 3 semester really does. Friends here and there. The though of going back to nyp is kind of "hunting" me.

There wasn't any reason to begin for, therefore there wasn't any reason to how it ended.

Okay! finally back on blogger after 1 month away from it. Work have been really tedious and tiring. Maybe add a little of fun with singtel peeps but its not really the best place to work at. Oh well, i am only left with 6 days of work! if nothing goes wrong i should be ending my work on next saturday! lets pray that the next 6 working days would just swayyyyy by!

Saturday was interesting enough! went service at expo with Sabrina, Pearlyn and Sinhui. Service was great and i think it is something different somehow. Dinner after that and rushed over to meet eileen, kokliang and zhanqing for overnight mahjong! Okay yes i know this is still not a decent blog entry but really just want to post some picture here! update really soon. promise.

Mahjong was kind of dead. my stomach felt bloated throughout the night and the mahjong game lasted for like 8 hours. oh yes it was also my first time at kokliang house after knowing him for 7 years! Kokliang also known as "spiderman fan" is definitely a die hard fan of spiderman.

That all for the day! expecting to meet up with the wildcats real soon! before graduation on the 21st of May! and tml would be my first day of work at Singtel! lets hope that everything would be fine and work would be fulfilling! ciao!

Kokwei's Commissioning Parade!

Blogger finally allowed me to upload pictures and just before i make my short getaway to genting! i am going to dedicate this blogpost to reagen low kokwei! the man of the day! so. It was kokwei's commissioning parade earlier today! Jack samantha me and his family was there to celebrate this special day with him!
there was this part whereby 9 leaders from the different religion came together to pray for the new officers. It was really special and meaningful!
Anyway! the parade was the best ever! who would ever though that a parade can be so spectacular! splitting here and there and marching up the stairs making the whole atmosphere wow! it was a eye opener! cool shit!
Then it was the moment where relative and friends are invited down to put on the rank for them! it was the moment where every parents would be so proud of their all grown up kid! You can totally feel the happiness in the air. everyone was rushing all around and you see smile in everybody's face!

Kokwei's mum was really happy and was smiling away! and his two brother was snapping pictures of him the whole time! ahhaha! even kokwei smiled really happily! Everyone of us was laughing and joking until we got chased back!

Congrats Kokwei! i am really happy for you! and thanks for you invitation bro! ahahah

Nights out with the gang!

Nights out with the homies! met everyone at GV plaza and watched Alice in the wonderland ! expected the movie to be then this! Was getting really sleepy while the movie was ongoing. Supposed to go to timbre for some drinks but we didnt book in advance so got to find other place to have our dinner! and thats was when jack and kailing brought us to CHIJMS and decided on Hogs Breath Cafe. The food is fine! will tell you guys about good food in the next post!
Done with our dinner and went out for our group photo taking! where......... some caucasian came over to help us with the pictures. smile peeps smile peeps.
Saw a mirror and decided to take a snap.... only when someone said.... OIE! IT MIGHT BE A ONE WAY MIRROR! and thats when we ran away! ahahahhaha! how i wish i was the person inside i would be laughing my head off!
Most of us then went over to kailing house void deck to have a few drinks. and played truth or dare which definitely didnt work out because it was totally truth!

A Day Spent at Universal Studio Singapore!

This weekend have been crazy! meet up with lots and lots of people with lots of lots of fun! so lasts just update on the first part of Saturday! Massive Photo Upload in this post!

Got the chance to visit Universal Studio Singapore (USS) yesterday with Sinhui and Pearlyn before the offical opening! , all thanks to sinhui! USS is totally amazing! If you guys have the chance to make a trip there! GO! but come to think of it .... onces in a life time is more then enough! I think i said more then enough, lets start the tour!
A must! a picture with the USS globe! and according to sinhui this is the only Universal Studio globe with singapore (a red dot) on it !

First Ride of the day to start off the day! We visited Madagascar's Party Go Round (Merry go round), really boring but its fine!

Second Ride at Shrek's place! Fiona Castle at Far Far Away! Simple Roller Coaster of all!
The 3 little pig and Pinnoque(i got no idea how to spell it!) caged up! in the Sherk 4D movie! it is freaking cool with sneeze that you feel dripping on you, spider climbing on your body and the joy of riding on a house! it is just freaking cool!
Time for a break at Goldilock's Cafe! where you can get ben and jerry's ice cream with freshly made cone!
Followed by a live show at the Lost world! with the stuntman/women flying all around. Fire blowing, water splashing and LIVE airplane crashing! PS. YOU WILL GET WET IF YOU SIT IN THE FIRST FEW ROW!
The Lost World (FOOD COURT) and come on its just a food court but its way too cool!
This activity is freaking cool. we knew it was going to be wet but we were supposed to bring all of our stuff in. we went in the float and we start seeing dinosaur screaming at us and we went into a deep DARK dam......... it felt so real and you just dont know whats going to happen next! we were then brought into a water lift and got pushed up and got chased after a T REX at the top of the lift! and the next moment we went thorugh the emergency exit and we are WET! shiokness!

Followed by a roller coaster ride indoor. its is one of the most interactive roller coaster ever! we went thorugh a 5 mins walk before we reached the queue in the building. the moment the person saw us she said ... " First Row" and we replied.... "FIRST ROW?!?!?!?!?" (and please! we took hell lots of rides in the first row) okay! about the ride. it goes forward! and backward! mummy chasing! mummy slaying! FIRE BREATHING! you can see the fire and feel the heat! and its freaking fast! we came out saying WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED! AHAHHA

Introducing the wholes tallest Roller Coaster! we took a while before we decided to be on it! but this time round only pearlyn and i was on the ride. we went up and the person asked if we want to be in the first row. and actually before he finish his sentence we stared at him and said. NO FIRST ROW NO FIRST ROW! hahaha.

this ride is freaking cool. fast and furious, no handgrid, the wind is so strong you cant turn your head! ITS ONE HELL OF A RIDE! and we took the list ride before they decided to shut it down due to the heavy rain !

Lunch time! food is okay so wouldnt be commenting much! but hey come on! its 50% off that day! =)
Before we ended the day we decided to go around and take some more pictures although they are already chasing people off! hahahahah

Basketball.

All time favorite drink to perk myself up! always believed in the 4 seconds of happiness with each gulp of cola! anyway! went down to aljunied to support vanessa's sister basketball match! The match is between naval base secondary school and woodgrove secondary school.

Really kind of amazed by the students of NBSS because of this boy this. look closely at the side of the head! it wrote NBSS and the other side wrote GO. NBSS GO! when i saw this i went woah. this school is crazy!

The week have been wonderful. Met up with kokwei and vanessa for supper yesterday. At the all so normal prata shop which everybody know about. oh yes we met pinwen on the way! Enough with supper. went over to meet wkailing and chat all the way till 3am in the morning before making our way home! should have started till 330 and witness the fire that happened to the SBS buses.

Looking forward to next weekend! which is going to be wonderful! timber with kailing kokwei kokliang vanessa and the rest is yet to be confirmed. and Sunday to fullerton with sister and her in law family.

these few days have beeen..... STAYING RIGHT AT HOME!

but it was alot of fun! and i literally spent the 3 days with the wildcats.

Monday- had mahjong with jorgejonaswong and bienna.

Tuesday- Genting trip "meeting" with vanessa, wanqi, bienna and boyfriend.

Wednesday- had mahjong with bienna and wenjie.

didnt get to meet up with wenxin on either of the days!

otherwise the three days would be even better! hahaha.meow.

just finished doing up another 5 drawings for mindschamp.

and i am really happy with the result. hope there will be nothing much for me to edit!

Oh well. the process is kinda fun! but we are going to have more fun at Genting!

anyway. i would be off to Genting with the wildcats without jorgewong the ps kia and wenxin the hardworking nerd plus derrick, Bienna's boyfriend.

the process of selecting the coach is a torture! we went from one place to another and we finally decided on 5 STAR COACH or something.

will be off for genting on the 21st to the 23rd! meanwhile i doubt i will be able to find any job to fill in the pathetic few days! =)

A day out with many people involved! Met up with Ahtoh and Michelle to study at woodland's Starbuck. Pretty cool! since i managed to cover some reasonable chapters and some decent pictures taken! Okay back to update. Were playing with my camera's macro and super macro and end up with the few pictures below!

Hello everyone! lets talk about disgusting ice cream which totally messed up my tummy. remember the design i sent in for udders ice cream design? they sent a invitation to me to have a ice cream buffet at their place and i was allowed to bring a friend along. and! i brought PEARLYN TAN FEI LING!

First Impression seriously doesnt counts. Normal Pretty Ice Cream? yup!

How about the taste? refer to the next two picture for the answer.

Probably the worst ice cream i tried in my whole life. except perhaps 1 or 2 if fine, out of the 12 flavours i tried. oie! i am not being a glutton or anything! its a buffet! so its reasonable to try more flavours kay!

seriously do not recommend anyone to visit udders for ice cream, highly recommended ice cream chef by pearlyn tan peiling. as for me, any ice cream is better then udders.

ps. if you are interested in durian ice cream. Udders Hong Mao Shan Durain Ice cream actually is not that bad!

Hello everybody! really not in the best condition to blog because my mind is feeling really tired and heavy. but nevertheless! updates for the day, where this time round i will you guys people whose picture have been away from this blog for way too long.

Had a very short study time today with WKL. but it was okay before kokliang joined us at for dinner. pinwen came after a while. anyway i am totally hating popeyes, they have really slow service and their chicken cant be compared with KFC's although popeye's chick taste healthier. but who cares.

Introducing kokliang, pinwen and wong kailing. three of the few people who i know since back at HPT. a long 7 years back. decided to chill around amk area after dinner and chat over some drinks. Got screened by the police again. and seriously from my memory, the only time i get screen is always with them.

Okay before i start! i was playing with this baby infront of me while i was waiting for my turn at the polyclinic! which was around 30 mins? and the baby look so much cuter in person. cant blame me! i was trying to snap a shot without anything noticing! haha

Did a design for myself and i am really loving it! i want to get it printed on a tee and wear it out! simple and nice but i actually got the inspiration from a tee i saw in school. DALE!

i think i am almost done with all of my report! (and i am just referring to my own part). life have been busy everyday with meet up with people here and there but cant get a day clear of report totally. kind of excited whats coming up next. for church and for my next stage of life.

shuxin helped me to get this freelancing job in mindschamp but still kind of deciding if i should be taking up the job, 25 piece of drawings within 5 weeks. and note i am having my exams in 4 week time and i seriously do not want to screw up my last semester in poly although i am already starting to throw it aside.

Finally found some time to update our what i have been up to. other then projects its really just projects. But i am almost done with most of my project except one project which i have yet to touch on. i suppose this should be enough for my updates.

really challenged my photoshop skill in the max this time round and came out with a few designs for my entrepreneurship module. It might seem easy but it really took up quite a number of my time. 90% of the design are drawn from scratch, only the part with the human vector is gotten through the net because i dont want to spend that amount of time just for it. okay! have a look!

highlight of the day. had a very long family meeting with my sister and mum! its really something interesting because ....

It's 2010 already! the past few years of thanksgiving wouldn't be continued this year. Indeed 2009 has been wonderful, with all the many new experience and even some disappointment. 2009 is the year i finally hit 20, the year i got my camera, the year i won my very first design competition, the year i learnt to spend more time with my family! This is also the year i know who i want to be in future, i am sure of it and even comes with a seal! haha!

2010 would be great! for some really obvious reason. less then 10 weeks i would graduate from NYP, my sister is going to get married in 5 weeks and i am going to army and get it over and done with. and thats when the magic is going to come in.

Paradigm Shift

"I remembered a mini-paradigm shift i experienced one Sunday morning on a subway in New York. People were sitting quietly, some reading newspapers, some lost in thoughts, some resting with their eyes closed. It was a calm, peaceful scene.

Then suddenly, a man and his children entered the subway car. The children were so loud and rambunctious that instantly the whole climate changed.

The man sat down next to me and closed his eyes, apparently oblivious to the situation. The children were yelling back and forth, throwing things, even grabbing people's paper. It was very disturbing. And yet, the man sitting next to me did nothing.

It was difficult not to feel irritated. I could not believe that he could be so insensitive as to let his children run wild like that and do nothing about it, taking no responsibility at all. It was easy to see that everyone else on the subway felt irritated,too. so finally with what i felt was unusual patience and restriant, i turned to him and said, "Sir your children are really disturbing a lot of people. I wonder if you couldn't control them a little more?"

The man lifted his gaze as if to come to a consciousness of the situation for the first time and said softly, "oh you are right. I guess i should do something about it.

We just came from the hospital where their mother died about an hour ago. I dont know what to think, and i guess they don't know how to handle it either."

okay so i am thiachunfudale.
has been a long time since i last did what i did.
i lied down on the floor and slept for 3 hrs.
how nice. i used to do that when i was in secondary.
the moment i step into my house i lie down flat on the ground.
and HAHA! within a minute i am in lala land.

went for TEP briefing this morning.
seperated from everyone, when i say everyone its everyone.
attached to event and roadshow together with shuwen and ivan.
and freak! we got seperated within again.
i am going team one while shuwen 5 and ivan 4 i think.
or is it the other way round?not vey sure.
well! out team is FESTIVE TEAM! we are doing on CHRISTMAS!
hmmmmm. how cool. i want to be santa clause!

the sad sad thing about TEP now is that.
i am doing full shift. would be in school from 8am to 530pm.
EVERYDAY! for 9 weeks. and luckily my birthday its on a sat.
otherwise it would be double sadness yo!
3 days of leave allocated, i bet i cant take leave for asia conference.
so i guess! that few days would be rushing down to meet the rest for dinner.
and of course the vision 50! i doubt i can make it, shall see about it.

then he drew a rectangle, showing the longer your rectangle is, the easiler you topper.
looks reasonable, anyway relax~ things will come to place later on in the post.

then he said about if you are somewhere, help others who are weaker.
and by helping people who are weaker you start to go back to basic, you start to build on your foundation, you recap and improve on what you have learnt in the past.

well, he also made another statement: "the higher you climb the more you should work on your foundation"

like what shannon used to teach "do with them, work with them and grow with them"
everyone agree? agree?. i agree.

remember the rectangle? he then drew another shape, he drew a triangle which implied the situation of those people who starts to help people and build on their foundation. and as you build, the bigger your foundation would be and thus more diffcult to fall and topper over.

which also reminded me on something which i read.
it says "what sinks the titanic isnt the peak of the ice berg(10%) but the strong foundation under the water (90%) "

and he end off with this.
often there are people who think so highly of them as they grow and start to forgot how small they started off and forgot how the follower will feel.

the whole thing is reasonable isnt it?
growing and going back to your foundation and building on our foundation and strengthening yourself by helping others and growing with other.
